The organic cultivation of our vineyards contributes to the sustainability of this unique environment, providing wines of strong varietal personality that reflect the original terroir of the Sierra del Castañar. The stony soils guarantee perfect drainage, thus naturally preventing fungal disease pressure.
The quartzite soils, acidic and slightly clayey, located at the incredible altitude of 900 meters, give the wines a unique personality and character, moderating the temperatures at the end of the summer where, thanks to the cool nights, slow maturation is achieved, providing wines of great color intensity and good acidity.
