Syrah

It has a deep ruby color with violet reflections. The aroma is intense and spicy, dominated by sour cherry and undertones of mint and notes of leather and truffle. The flavor is well-structured, balanced, with ripe polyphenols and a long, spicy aftertaste. Maturation in 600-liter French oak foudres adds to its potential for bottle aging.
It is an excellent wine to accompany spicy ribs, braised red meats, lamb, game poultry dishes and cured cheeses.
