Tempranillo – Petit Verdot

The dark cherry color is very intense and attractive. The aroma is complex, dominated by ripe black fruits, spices and vanilla oak. The wine presents perfect balance on the palate, a smooth structure and an intriguing spicy finish with tobacco nuances.
It has matured in French oak barrels, which rounds the tannins and adds flavor.
A wonderful pairing with different types of tapas, gourmet hamburgers, grilled smoked meats, rack of lamb with rosemary, thyme and oregano, tomato-based pasta.
