Cornicabra is a premium quality cold-pressed olive oil with a golden-green color. It is very aromatic, with notes of herbaceous leaves, fruity nuances such as apple, green tomato or almond. It leaves a bittersweet level on the palate and a spicy finish.
Due to the lack of additional chemical treatments, it contains strong antioxidants and therefore has more health benefits.
This intense oil is a good accompaniment to bitter green salads, seafood paella, grilled meats, stews, richly flavored and spicy dishes and strong cheeses.
